The campus service committee met during the ICMC this summer in St. Louis and has more encouraging signs of continuing growth in all the areas for which we are focusing. One of our newest initiatives this year has been our focus internationally. This year we are trying to understand the unique opportunities and challenges to building campus ministry outside borders. To that end the U.S. campus service committee has been in regular and growing communication with our international counterparts. We are hoping that these conversations will result in joint initiatives to strengthen existing ministries and plant new campus ministries abroad.
